I graduated with my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. I have worked with individuals, couples, families and groups. I have worked in agency, private practice, high school and middle school settings. I have facilitated adult and teen anger management and domestic violence groups along with the teen component to the Parent Project. I currently teach parenting classes for parents with children from ages three to eighteen.
I have been formally trained in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy at the Albert Ellis Institute in New York as well as a certification in Dialectical Behavor Therapy. I am level 2 certified in TEAM CBT from the Felling Good Institute in Palo Alto.
I run a social skills program for children diagnosed with ADHD. I provide self management skills as well as emotional regulation.
